1. The service
Vox lets organisations create, publish and promote events — including landing pages, registration, photo galleries and auto-generated visuals. Features available on a given plan are described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to sign up on your own behalf.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT. You may cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable use
You must not upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to break the service, or use Vox to send spam or run deceptive events. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content ownership
You keep ownership of your event content and uploads. You grant Aedile the licence needed to host, display and distribute that content through the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Aedile's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, we will delete or return your data as described in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
Lithuanian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Vilnius.
